1. YMCA-

Located in the heart of Dr. Phillips, the YMCA is the perfect fitness facility for all ages. It is a community- focused non-profit with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, certified personal trainers, a cafe and more.

What they offer: Aquatics, group exercise classes, after school programs, day care, steam & sauna rooms, sports teams: such as basketball, cheerleading and soccer,  camps, and a cafe, “Pammies Sammies.”

Membership Types:

Teen: Individual ages  12-22.
Young Adult: Individual ages 23-29.
Adult: Individual ages 30-64.
Adult +: One adult and their dependents.
2 Adults: Two adults living in the same household.
Family: Two adults and one or more dependents living in the same household.

2. Fitness CF

Fitness CF in Orlando located on Turkey Lake features all of the services and amenities you need to tone up, slim down, and get in the best shape ever. Their members enjoy state-of-the-art services and amenities, and the fitness experts at our Orlando gym are always ready to provide exercise tips and sound fitness advice.

What they offer: Group fitness classes, on site childcare, personal training, yoga studio, women’s workout area, cinema CF, cycling, pilates studio and Fit3D body scanner to track your progress.

3) Planet Fitness-

Also located on Turkey Lake Road, Planet Fitness is considered a “judgement free zone.” No matter what you’re looking for in a gym, they’ve got a membership option made for you. All Planet Fitness members enjoy unlimited access to their home club and the support of their friendly, knowledgeable staff anytime you need it. PF Black Card® members receive additional benefits, including the ability to bring a guest for free and access to any of our 1,600+ PF locations.

What they offer: 

Open and staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week, free fitness training, free use of all Planet Fitness training locations, tanning beds, massage chairs, cooler drinks (located behind front counter).

4) The Bar Method

For those of you not into the traditional gym setting, the Bar Method located in the Marketplace is the perfect place to tone up and get strong. Every Bar Method class starts with a warm-up, upper-body exercises and push-ups in the middle of the room, followed by a sequence of leg and seat work at the barre and core exercises on the floor. The method predominantly uses your own bodyweight for resistance along with a few basic props – free weights, mats and a ball. Students are continually challenged with endless variations of each exercise timed to the beat of the music. While each class is unique, the method follows a consistent sequence to work the right muscles in the right order, in order to maximize results.

What they offer-

Classes using an array of specialized equipment, including the Reformer, EXO-Chair, Bosu Ball, TRX Suspension Trainer, springboards, 7 signature class formats and 4 unique level classes.

4 pack membership- Most affordable and basic membership at Club Pilates. Perfect to beginners.

8 pack membership- 2 classes a week.

6) Rukus Cycling Studio Dr. Phillips

Rukus is the newest fitness facility to the Dr. Phillips area, and opens very soon! Take a ride inside their immersive CycleArena, where they turn up the volume, turn down the lights and  ride to the beat of your favorite playlist alongside industry leading CyclePros. The classes are challenging and exhilarating, taking cardio and upper body workouts to the next level.

What they offer-

Membership Types-


A 45 minute, heart pounding cycling workout set to exhilarating music. Their signature cycling class is filled with hills, jumps, intervals and choreography on the bike with the added twist of toning your upper body using Rukus resistance bands. Measure the effectiveness of your ride using our state-of-the art CycleScores, statistics personalized for you and your workout. Each Instructor brings their own flavor of endorphins, inspiration, and empowerment.


For those guests who like to get H.I.I.T done! Their High Intensity Interval Training class is a 30 minute ride, allowing you to get your sweat on, torch fat, and burn calories by implementing drills, intervals, and sprints. Technology and statistics push you to work your hardest in a minimal time-frame.


With RPM dictated by the rhythm, you’ll never leave the beat as you have your most fun workout ever. Want to know all things Rukus related? They will go over how to set up your bike, break down the basic moves and explain how to use your stats to get the best workout of your life. Your CyclePro will guide you through four songs on the bike to get you ready for your first ride at Rukus. Remember, at Rukus your first ride is always free so feel free to jump into any class even as a new guest.


Burn, baby, burn! A 45 minute all-inclusive workout designed to create a sleek and strong physique. Incorporating rhythm riding, intervals and two upper body strength training segments.

It might be a class trying out latest choreography, technology or even a class led by a dedicated, driven, and motivating CyclePro Trainee who has recently finished their intense Certification.
