On Restaurant Row you don’t have to travel far to get a taste of the world. El Inka, located in the The Marketplace, is where you need to go for a taste of pure Peruvian cuisine.

Referred to as a “hidden gem” and named Best Peruvian, for good reason, El Inka Grill is a fine recipe of savory food, enjoyable atmosphere, and a diverse menu. Don’t be fooled by the prominent mention of “ceviche” there is a full menu of chicken, seafood and steak.

Pollo Saltado is a tradition Peruvian dish of chicken sautéed with tomatoes and onion in a white wine and soy sauce reduction; “wow” doesn’t even begin to describe it!

A hot addition to the menu is Picante de Mariscos which is a mixed seafood dish topped with a spicy cream sauce, served with a side of white rice to even out the masterful mix of flavor.

Beef lovers will rejoice with the Churrasco A Lo Pobre, a sizzling black angus skirt steak accompanied by a palette of white rice topped with a fried egg, sweet plantains, and a side of french fries.

The Chef’s Special Ceviches are each a tender and traditional treasure, but special mention must go to the Ceviche al Olivo, which was a savory sensation.

El Inka Grill is definitely the destination for anyone looking to experience the incredible pleasures of authentic Peruvian cuisine.

End the savory meal with a scrumptious authentic dessert – Piccarones are a Peruvian doughnut, at El Inka they are beautifully crafted and sprinkled with a touch of cinnamon. There is also Suspiro Limeño, Helado de lucuma and other delectable choices.
